You earn for 12 months
Every payment in the business's first 12 months earns you 25%. Each one shows in your panel the day it's paid.
What you earn
25% of every payment a business you introduce makes in its first 12 months, counted from its first paid invoice. After that the business stays a ReplyTune customer, and its later payments no longer earn commission.

The 25% term applied to list prices before tax, not a prediction of what you'll earn. Commission is calculated on what the business actually pays on each invoice, after any discount or credit and excluding tax. Payment-processing fees are ours; they never come out of your commission. A plan change, or a switch between monthly and yearly, never restarts the 12 months.

Who can join, and how a business is credited
Anyone who works with US businesses: marketing and SEO agencies, web designers, consultants and freelancers.
Who can join
- You're 18 or older, joining as yourself or for your company.
- You work from almost any country. The program isn't offered yet in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, nor in countries under US sanctions.
- The businesses you introduce are in the United States.
How a business is credited to you
- A business is credited to the first partner who adds it with its owner's email address.
- Adding it holds it for you for 30 days. If the owner hasn't activated the account by then, it's released and anyone may add it again.
- Once the owner activates, the business is yours: every payment in its first 12 months earns you 25%.
- A business that is already a customer, or already added by a partner, can't be added again, whether by the same email, website, phone number, or name in the same city.
- The invitation lets the owner decline it. If they tell us they didn't expect it, your invitations pause while we look into it.
The rules
Five rules keep every introduction honest. Breaking them can end your participation and its commissions.
- Say you're a partner who may earn a commission, every time you recommend us.
- Describe the service as it is. Never promise more reviews, a better rating or more revenue.
- Add only people you know who have agreed to receive an invitation from us.
- Never write, buy, filter or reward reviews.
- Never ask for a business's Google password or payment card. The business connects Google and pays us itself.

What does it cost to join?
Nothing. There is no fee, no minimum number of businesses and no application to wait on.
What do I need to join?
Your name, email address, a password and the country you work from. You need no tax form, bank account or ID to join or to earn. We ask for your payout method and the right IRS form (W-9, W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E) only before your first payout.
Can I join from outside the United States?
Yes, from most countries. The program isn't offered yet in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland; if you're there, write to us and we'll let you know when that changes. It isn't offered in countries under US sanctions. The businesses you introduce must be in the United States.
How long do I earn from a business?
For 12 months, counted from the business's first paid invoice. Every payment it makes in that window earns you 25%; payments after it earn nothing. The business stays a ReplyTune customer either way.
How do yearly plans and plan changes work?
A yearly payment made inside the 12 months earns 25% of what was paid, on the day it's paid. Upgrades, downgrades and switches between monthly and yearly never restart or extend the 12 months; every payment inside them earns 25% of what was actually paid.
What if a business cancels, or comes back later?
Commission stops while a business isn't paying. If it subscribes again, its payments earn commission only until its original 12 months end; the window is never paused or extended.
What if a payment is refunded or disputed?
The matching commission is reversed. That's why each commission is held for 30 days before it can be paid.
When and how am I paid?
On the last day of each month, in US dollars, by bank transfer, PayPal or Wise: everything whose 30-day hold has ended, once it adds up to $50. A smaller balance carries over to the next month, and we pay our own sending fees. If your participation ends, your final payout is sent whatever the amount.
What happens after I add a business?
We email the owner an invitation that names you and says you may earn a commission. The owner sets a password, gives our team manager access to their Google Business Profile in one step, and chooses a plan. Your panel shows each step: invited, activated, subscribed. The business is held for you for 30 days while the owner decides.
What if I leave, or the program ends my participation?
You can leave at any time and keep the commissions on payments received up to that day. If we end your participation without cause, you keep earning on each business until its 12 months are over. If we end it because the rules were broken, commissions resulting from the breach are forfeited and nothing accrues afterwards.
Can I charge my clients for my own services?
Yes, under your own name and at your own price. You can't resell ReplyTune or change its price; businesses always subscribe directly with us.
Can I see my clients' reviews or account?
No. You see whether the owner activated and subscribed, the plan, and the commissions each payment earns you. Reviews, replies and payment details stay private to the business.
