Acceptable Use Policy
- Version
- 1.0
- Effective
- October 4, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the agreement between Primanza LLC ("ReplyTune," "we") and each business that uses the ReplyTune service ("Customer," "you"), as defined in the Terms of Service. It applies to Customer and to everyone who uses Customer's account.
01Review integrity
Reviews are only useful when they are honest. You must not use the Service, including its review QR codes, to:
- write, buy, sell or procure fake reviews, or reviews that misrepresent the reviewer's identity or experience;
- post reviews written by your owners, managers, employees or their relatives without clearly disclosing that connection;
- offer a payment, discount, gift or other incentive in exchange for a review, or for a review expressing a particular sentiment;
- ask only satisfied customers for reviews, or filter customers before inviting them to review ("review gating"), where Google's policies prohibit it;
- suppress, remove or discourage negative reviews through threats, intimidation, unfounded legal claims or false accusations, or enforce contract terms that the Consumer Review Fairness Act makes void;
- misrepresent that the reviews you display represent all or most of the reviews you have received.
These rules reflect Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act, the FTC's Trade Regulation Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials (16 C.F.R. Part 465), the Consumer Review Fairness Act and Google's policies for user-contributed content. You are responsible for complying with them in your business as a whole, not only when you use the Service.
02Replies to reviewers
Replies are published in your business's name. You must not approve, or configure the Service to publish, a reply that:
- discloses personal information about a reviewer or anyone else that is not already public in the review, such as contact details, visit or purchase history, or account information;
- confirms that a reviewer is or was a patient or client of a healthcare provider, or discusses their health, treatment or care;
- threatens, harasses, insults or retaliates against a reviewer, or offers anything of value in exchange for changing or removing a review;
- contains false or misleading statements of fact, or claims about your products or services that you cannot substantiate;
- is discriminatory, defamatory, obscene or otherwise unlawful, or infringes anyone's rights;
- violates the rules of your profession, such as rules on attorney advertising or client confidentiality.
03Accounts and Google profiles
- Connect only Google Business Profiles that you own or are authorized to manage, and only for businesses located in the United States.
- Keep the business information and facts you give us accurate. The Service uses them in replies.
- Do not share sign-in credentials, or let anyone use your account other than your authorized users.
- Do not use the Service on behalf of another business unless you are authorized to act for it and it has accepted the Terms of Service.
04Security and technical limits
You must not:
- access or try to access another customer's data, or any part of the Service you are not authorized to use;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, or bypass its authentication, rate limits, usage limits or other safeguards, except through a coordinated disclosure arranged with us in advance;
- reverse engineer, decompile or copy the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
- scrape the Service, or access it with automated tools other than those we provide;
- introduce malware, or interfere with or overload the Service or the systems it connects to;
- resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties, except as we agree in writing.
05Unlawful and high-risk use
You must not use the Service in violation of any law, including consumer protection, privacy, anti-discrimination, export control and sanctions laws, or to promote illegal goods or services. The Service is not designed to process protected health information under HIPAA, payment card data, government identification numbers or other sensitive personal information, and you must not configure it to do so.
06Enforcement
If we reasonably believe this policy has been violated, we may withhold or decline to publish a reply, disable automatic publishing, suspend or terminate the Service under the Terms of Service, and report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities. Where practicable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. We are not obliged to monitor your use of the Service.
07Reporting a violation
To report a suspected violation of this policy, or a security vulnerability, write to support@replytune.com. Please include enough detail for us to investigate.
