ReplyTune legal
Partner Marketing Guidelines
- Version
- 1.1
- Effective
- October 4, 2026
These Guidelines are part of the Partner Program Agreement between you and Primanza LLC, doing business as ReplyTune. They exist so that every business hears the same honest story about ReplyTune, whoever tells it, and so that neither you nor we break the rules that protect consumers and businesses.
Three rules above all
Say you are a partner who may earn a commission. Describe ReplyTune only as it is, and never promise results. Never touch the reviews themselves: no fake, bought, filtered or incentivized reviews.
01Disclose that you are a partner
Whenever you recommend ReplyTune, in a conversation, an email, a proposal, a post, a video or on your website, say plainly that you are a ReplyTune partner and may earn a commission. The Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides (16 C.F.R. Part 255) require it, and businesses trust a recommendation more when they know where it comes from.
- Plain words. For example: "I'm a ReplyTune partner, and I earn a commission if you subscribe. The price is the same for you either way." "#ad" or "#partner" alone is not enough in a long post; say it in a sentence.
- Where it will be seen. Before or next to the recommendation, not at the bottom of a page, behind a "more" link or only in a profile.
- In the same medium. In a video, say it out loud and show it on screen. On a call, say it.
- Every time. Each post, email or proposal carries its own disclosure.
Examples you can use
- Email or proposal, near the recommendation: "Full disclosure: I'm a ReplyTune partner, and ReplyTune pays me a commission if you subscribe. Your price is the same either way."
- Social post, at the start: "I'm a ReplyTune partner and earn a commission if you sign up after I introduce you." Adding "#ad" is fine, as long as the sentence is there too.
- Website, next to the recommendation, not in the footer: "We're a ReplyTune partner. If you subscribe after we introduce you, ReplyTune pays us a commission; your price doesn't change."
- Video or call: say it at the start, in your own words, and in a video show it on screen as well.
ReplyTune also tells every business you add, in its invitation, that you introduced it and may earn a commission. That does not replace your own disclosure.
02What you may say, and what you may not
You may say
- ReplyTune drafts replies to a business's Google reviews in the business's own voice, using facts the business provides.
- The business decides whether each reply waits for its approval or, for a location it chooses, is published automatically.
- ReplyTune is for businesses in the United States, and the business subscribes directly with ReplyTune.
- Plans, prices and features exactly as ReplyTune's own website shows them on the day you say it.
You may not say or imply
- that ReplyTune will improve a business's ranking, rating, visibility, number of reviews or revenue, or any other result;
- that ReplyTune can remove, hide or change a review, or influence what Google publishes;
- that ReplyTune is made, approved, certified or endorsed by Google, or that you are;
- that replies are written by people, when ReplyTune drafts them with AI;
- that there is a free trial, discount, promotion or price that ReplyTune has not published, or that you can change a price or a term;
- that you are ReplyTune, or work for it, or speak for it; or
- anything about how much money a business, or another partner, will make.
If you are not sure whether a claim is accurate, write to support@replytune.com before you use it.
03Reviews: what nobody may do
ReplyTune answers reviews; it never manufactures or filters them. You must not, and must not help or encourage a business to:
- write, buy, sell or post fake reviews, or reviews by anyone who has not actually been a customer;
- offer money, discounts, gifts or anything else in exchange for a review, or for a positive one;
- ask only satisfied customers for reviews, or steer unhappy customers away from leaving one ("review gating");
- suppress, threaten or pressure a reviewer, or report a review as false to have it removed when it is genuine; or
- post a review of ReplyTune, or of a business you work with, without disclosing your relationship.
These practices break the FTC's rule on consumer reviews and testimonials (16 C.F.R. Part 465), the Consumer Review Fairness Act and Google's policies, and can cost a business its Google listing.
04Contacting businesses
You are the sender of every message you send, and you are responsible for following the law that applies to it.
Email (CAN-SPAM Act)
- Send from your own name and address, with accurate "From" and "Reply-To" lines and a subject line that is not misleading. Never send as ReplyTune.
- Include your valid physical postal address and a working way to opt out, and honor every opt-out within 10 business days.
- Do not use purchased or harvested lists of addresses you have no right to email.
Phone calls and text messages (TCPA)
- Do not use an autodialer, a prerecorded or artificial voice, or automated texts to contact a mobile number without the person's prior express written consent.
- Check the National Do Not Call Registry and the state lists before calling, keep your own do-not-call list, and honor every request not to be contacted.
- Call only between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in the business's local time, identify yourself at the start of the call, and follow any stricter state law.
Social media and marketplaces
Follow each platform's rules on advertising and messaging, and do not send bulk unsolicited messages.
05Adding a business
- Add a business only when you have a direct business relationship with its owner or manager, such as a client or someone you have met or spoken with, and they have agreed to receive an invitation from ReplyTune. Use their real name and business email address. Never add businesses from a list.
- The invitation lets the owner decline it and tell us they did not expect it. A declined address can never be invited again, and a report that an invitation was unexpected pauses your invitations while we review it.
- Adding a business holds it for you for 30 days. If the owner has not activated the account by then, it is released and anyone may add it.
- You may send an invitation again at most 3 times, 24 hours apart. Up to 10 invitations can wait at once until one of your businesses subscribes, and up to 25 after that; a daily limit applies too. The Partner Panel shows where you stand.
- Never add your own business, a business you or your company own or control, or a business that does not exist.
- Never ask for, receive or use a business's Google password, its ReplyTune sign-in details or its payment card. The business connects Google and pays ReplyTune itself.
- Never pressure a business to subscribe, and never sign up or pay on its behalf.
06Using the ReplyTune name
- Use our name in plain text to describe ReplyTune accurately, alongside your disclosure. Use the materials in your Partner Panel as they are.
- Do not bid on "ReplyTune" or any misspelling or variation of it as a keyword in paid search, and do not run ads that look like they come from ReplyTune.
- Do not register a domain name, social media handle, app or business name that contains "ReplyTune" or something confusingly similar.
- Do not imitate our website, our emails or our sign-in pages.
07Your own services
You may sell your own services, such as marketing, consulting or setup help, alongside your recommendation, at your own price and under your own name. You may not resell ReplyTune, collect its fees, offer it at a different price or bundle its subscription into your own invoice. If you share part of your commission with a business, say that it comes from you, not from ReplyTune.
08Other practices that are not allowed
- Recruiting other partners in exchange for a share of their commissions. The Program has one level only.
- Offering or paying anything of value to an employee of a business to make it subscribe.
- Creating more than one Partner account, or using another person's account.
- Using ReplyTune or the Partner Panel in a way that breaks our Acceptable Use Policy.
09If something goes wrong
If we see a practice that breaks these Guidelines, we will usually ask you to correct it first. A serious or repeated breach can lead to suspension or the end of your participation, and to the loss of the Commissions resulting from it, as the Partner Program Agreement provides. If you notice someone misusing our name, or a mistake in your own materials, tell us at support@replytune.com. We update these Guidelines from time to time; each version carries a version number and an effective date.
