Common questions
- Does every plan publish replies automatically?
- Yes. Full Auto publishing — detect, write and publish to Google without manual action, across every star rating — is included in every plan, from Starter up. Approval Mode is optional on every plan too.
- What counts as an AI reply?
- Each AI-generated reply counts once, whether it publishes automatically or through Approval Mode. Edits are free.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing page. Changes are prorated by Stripe.
- Which languages are supported?
- By default the AI detects the review's language and writes the reply in it; you can also pin one fixed reply language. For languages your team can't read, Full Auto still works — or use Approval Mode if you want a human check.
- What happens when I reach my monthly reply limit?
- New reviews keep syncing and stay visible in your inbox, but AI reply generation pauses until the next billing period or an upgrade.
- What happens after the trial?
- Your trial lasts 3 days. If you don't subscribe, reply generation pauses. Replies already published stay on your Google profile, and your workspace data remains available.
- What happens when I cancel?
- Cancelling stops future charges and the service stays active until the end of the paid period. Permanent deletion of your workspace and data is a separate request, described in the Privacy Policy.
