Billing, in plain words
The same terms for every plan. The binding version, which also covers refunds, is in your market's terms: Terms of Service (for businesses in the US); Hizmet Sözleşmesi (for businesses in Türkiye).
- Currency and tax
- Prices are in US dollars, before tax. Tax is calculated and added at checkout where it applies; currency conversion and your bank's fees are yours.
- Billing period
- Monthly, or yearly for less. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel.
- Monthly replies
- Your replies reset every month. Unused replies don't carry over.
- Plan changes
- Move to another plan from your dashboard. Stripe prorates the difference.
- Cancellation
- Cancel anytime from your dashboard. It takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for.

What counts as a reply?
Each draft ReplyTune writes uses one reply from your month: the first draft for a review, and each new draft you ask for. Editing, approving or publishing a draft uses nothing.
What happens if I use all my replies?
ReplyTune stops drafting new replies until your replies reset next month, or until you move to a larger plan. Replies already published stay on Google.
Can I read every reply before it goes live?
Yes. Unless you allow automatic publishing, every reply waits for your approval. You can give or withdraw that permission yourself at any time, and withdrawing it holds every new reply for approval.
Do you need my Google password?
No. You give our team Manager access to your Google Business Profile, a standard Google role that you can remove at any time. We never ask for your password.
Which language are the replies in?
The language of the review. A review written in Spanish gets a reply in Spanish, and a rating with no text gets a reply in your market's language: English in the US, Turkish in Türkiye. You can also ask for one language on every reply.
I run more than one location. Which plan do I need?
Each plan covers one location. Talk to our team about the others and we'll set up your account to cover all of them.
Is there a free trial?
No. ReplyTune runs on a paid subscription from the first day, and you can cancel anytime.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, from the Subscription page in your dashboard. Stripe prorates a plan change, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for.
How do invoices and VAT work for a business in Türkiye?
Subscriptions are sold through Stripe's managed payments: the seller is the Stripe company shown at checkout, which calculates and collects the applicable tax and issues the receipt. If Turkish law has you declare VAT on services bought from abroad (reverse charge), that obligation is yours; your accountant can tell you.
Does ReplyTune write or post reviews?
No. ReplyTune only replies to the reviews your customers leave. It never writes, buys or filters reviews.
