ReplyTune legal
Reply Authorization
- Version
- 1.0
- Effective
- October 4, 2026
By accepting this Reply Authorization, the business that uses the ReplyTune service ("Customer," "you") authorizes Primanza LLC ("ReplyTune," "we") to act for it with respect to the reviews on its Google Business Profile, within the limits below. It is part of the agreement defined in the Terms of Service.
01What you authorize
- 01To read the reviews on your Google Business Profile, and the replies already posted to them, through the ReplyTune-operated Google account you add to your Profile as a Manager.
- 02To draft replies with artificial intelligence, following the brand voice, tone, verified business facts and reply rules configured for your business.
- 03To publish on Google, in your business's name, the replies you approve in the dashboard.
- 04Only for a location where you have separately and expressly switched on automatic publishing in the dashboard, to publish replies for that location without waiting for your approval, in the publishing mode shown for that location in the dashboard.
02Limits of the authority
- We do not change your business information, photos, posts, products, hours or any other Profile setting.
- Connecting your Profile does not, by itself, publish any reply.
- Replies are drafted only while you have an active plan.
- In the "automatic except negative" mode, replies to negative reviews always wait for your approval.
- Even with automatic publishing on, a reply that our checks flag, for example one that appears to offer compensation, admit liability, make a guarantee or give contact details not found in your verified facts, is held for your approval instead of being published.
03How replies appear
Published replies appear on Google as responses from your business, and you are their publisher. Google screens every reply under its own policies and may reject it; rejected replies are shown in the dashboard. You can edit or delete any published reply on Google at any time.
You remain responsible for the replies published for your business, including compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy and with any law or professional rule on disclosing that content was drafted with the help of AI.
04Changing or revoking the authority
You can switch automatic publishing off for any location in the dashboard at any time; new replies then wait for your approval. You can end all of our access immediately by removing the ReplyTune account from the "People and access" section of your Google Business Profile. Revoking the authority does not affect anything done under it before the revocation.
